behalf of Sigma Chi Omega Fraternity Incorporated, I would like to thank
you for expressing an interest in our fraternity. It is with great
pleasure that you allow us this opportunity to reveal ourselves to you
and your respective campus community. The process of chartering a new
chapter of Sigma Chi Omega Fraternity Incorporated will prove to be a
challenging venture, no doubt with endless and lifetime rewards. The
chartering process is in no way an easy task; we take immense pride in
our organization and look for men seeking to expand the solid foundation
we have made for ourselves up until now. We hope to expand our
brotherhood to institutions where our founder's multicultural vision
will be most effective and maintain long-term viability. Through our
