The sisters of UCSB alpha Kappa Delta Phi cordially invite you to our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event, “Pink at UCSB.” This event will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Student Resource Building (SRB) Multipurpose Room.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and at this event, we offer information about breast cancer to the public to spread awareness, and we accept donations to help fund breast cancer research. All funds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.

Last year, we made over $1,500. This year, we’re hoping to go even further – so please come out and support our cause! Any contributions you can donate will be greatly appreciated, even if it’s only a few nickels and dimes =)
